*Workforce On Demand Ltd. are currently recruiting for a time served plumbers on behalf of our North East M&E contractors.*

*This is an exciting opportunity for an experience plumber so if you are looking for a new assignment please get in touch.*

*This is for a duration of a minimum of 12 weeks with an opportunity of a full time permanent position for the suitable candidate*

*The job description is as follows:*

*You will be working within the Newcastle upon Tyne area only carrying out general plumbing maintenance to both tenanted & void properties:-*

* *Leaking taps*
* *Blocked toilets*
* *Radiator covers*
* *Fitting new ballcocks / float valves*
* *Fitting new sinks*
* *General minor plumbing maintenance*

*You will be required to complete 10 - 15 local jobs a day.*

*The successful applicant must have the following:*

* *Valid skilled CSCS Card or Valid JIB Card*
* *PPE & tools*
* *Driver’s License*

*A van and fuel card will also be provided*

*Competitive hourly rate*

*Can Pay CIS or PAYE*

*The role is due to commence for an immediate start*
